After a long while, I finally got my potato fries. I always called my grandmother’s potato fries.
Been passing this truck for a few years, finally stopped in. Glad we did! The fries are fresh cut and perfectly cooked to order. They are not shy with the condiments. The rich brown gravy is the perfect accompaniment for the slightly crispy fries. the ladies running the truck are friendly and are happy to chat about Brantford, the weather, whatever. Good value for the cost. Will 100% be back.
Onion rings to die for. Ladies behind the counter are very friendly and make the combo work for you with substitutions. Will visit again only wish they served all beef footlong hotdogs ...
Such good fries! My husband got a pogo and it was a giant hot dog coated in a homemade batter like a fish batter. He said it was the best he's ever had! Highly recommend, the owners are super duper friendly also and prices are good!
Friendly owners and great food. There are 2 picnic tables with umbrellas for shade. Located in the PetroCanada parking lot.
Hubby and I stopped here for a quick bite, the service was awesome.... Hubby had hamburger was good.... We shared a small beefy fry and it was absolutely yummy couldn’t even finish it all.... Also I had a pogo it was freshly made and one of the best pogo’s I’ve had in very long time..... we will come back again
These ladies that work here are 100% beautiful inside & out! They are super friendly!! I had the mozzarella bacon burger! Thick & juicy burger just fills ur mouthful of juices, definitely not dry! Fries are the best, crispy outside & soft in the middle! Will definitely be back!
It's so hard to find a place that can make a good Newfie Fries... And the ladies here did not disappoint one bit. I don't know how you can go wrong stopping in at this lovely establishment if you're going down Hwy 24 and are looking for a quick bite to eat. The prices are more than reasonable. I ordered a small Newfie Fry and was shocked at how big the serving was compared to the price I paid. The quality of the food was perfect. The ingredients are fresh, the scent coming from the truck as they were putting my order together was inviting, and when I took my first bite, I could tell that it was a meal made from the heart. The best part of my experience was the two women who were working at the truck. You could tell they were doing something they truly love and it shows in the quality of their service as well as their delicious food. Would recommend to anyone, and will be going again!
